The tiny home is ready and booking guests now. What we're finishing is the software to take reservations straight from us: no platform service fee on your end, no commission on ours. Until it's live, tell us your dates and we'll take it from there.

Tell us when you'd like to stay and the best way to reach you. We'll let you know whether direct booking will be ready by then. If it won't be, we'll tell you right away, so you can lock in your dates on VRBO or Airbnb before someone else does.

Why book direct?
Booking sites charge guests a service fee and charge hosts a commission on every stay. Booking with us directly cuts out both, which means lower fees for both of us. You also get straight answers from the people who take care of the place, whether you're asking about a pet, a trailer, a longer stay, or a festival weekend.

When will direct booking open?
We're finishing the booking software now and don't have a firm date yet. Leave your dates and check the box on the form, and we'll email you as soon as it opens.
Is it cheaper to book direct?
That's the point of it. Booking sites charge guests a service fee and charge hosts a commission. Booking direct skips both, and we'll pass the savings along. You'll see your full total, taxes included, before you pay.
Does this form reserve my dates?
No. It's an inquiry, not a reservation. If your trip is soon or falls on a busy weekend, book on VRBO or Airbnb now. It's the same home and the same hosts.
What will you do with my phone number and email?
Use them to answer you, and if you check the box, to let you know when direct booking opens. We never sell or share your information.
Can I still book on VRBO or Airbnb?
Yes, any time. The tiny home is bookable today on VRBO, Airbnb, and Booking.com.
